Lynda Chebbihi
She qualified from Montpellier University (Masters degree) and the Algerian petroleum Institute, and has experience within oil companies and major service companies before joining GeoScience. Her discipline is mainly in the characterisation of fractured reservoirs using borehole image data, core description, downhole logs especially full waveform sonic, and dynamic data. She also works in geomechanical and sedimentological studies, and in the development of conceptual fracture models and parameters for constraining simulation packages such as Petrel.
Highlights of Experience and Affiliations:
- Data quality control, processing, and interpretation of borehole image data
- Acoustic data processing and interpretation
- Petrophysical analysis in open and cased holes
- Geological modelling and mapping
- Sedimentological and diagenetic studies in clastic reservoirs
- Short radius and horizontal well planning
- Interference well test analysis
- Member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, Petroleum Exploration Society of Gt Britain, Society of Petroleum Engineers, and European Association of Geologists and Engineers
